Arrangement can be made in any colour, and consists of one double stuffed balloon, full of flutter confetti, and two standard latex balloons. When the cake is about to be cut, the confetti balloon is popped manually with a pin, and the bride and groom are showered with confetti, just in time for the cameras to flash!
